Returns & Refunds

Original artwork

I want any piece your purchase to be a valued part of your collection. If it isn’t right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the artwork price.

• Email me at contact@davidjamieson.net before sending anything back, and I’ll confirm the return details.
• The work must come back in the same condition it arrived, packed in the original packaging and fully insured.
• Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days of the work arriving back at the studio in its original condition.

Commissions

Commissioned works are made to order and are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Damage in transit

Every work is professionally packed and insured. If your piece arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email photos within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.
