Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made at davidjamieson.net, operated by David Jamieson, 901 Lake Street, #424, Oak Park, IL 60301 (“I”, “me”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Artwork and descriptions

All works for sale are original, one-of-a-kind pieces by David Jamieson unless stated otherwise. I photograph each piece carefully, but colors can vary between screens. Dimensions are listed height × width and refer to the artwork itself unless framing is mentioned.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through WooPayments; I never see or store your full card number. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a piece sells elsewhere before your order is processed, or a price is listed in error, I will contact you and issue a full refund.

Shipping

I currently ship within the United States only. Shipping and insurance costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Work is professionally packed and ships fully insured, usually within 5–7 business days of payment; I’ll email tracking details once it’s on its way. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

Commissions

Commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, deposit, and schedule. Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

Copyright

Buying an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. I retain the copyright and all reproduction rights. Images on this site may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
