Who I am
This site, davidjamieson.net, is run by artist David Jamieson, 901 Lake Street, #424, Oak Park, IL 60301. Questions about your data: contact@davidjamieson.net.
What I collect and why
- Orders: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and what you bought. Used to fulfill and ship your order, handle returns, and keep tax and business records.
- Payments: handled by WooPayments (powered by Stripe). Card details go directly to the payment processor; I never see or store your full card number.
- Contact and commission forms: name, email, and your message, used only to reply to you.
- Newsletter: if you sign up, your email is stored with Kit (ConvertKit) to send occasional studio updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) collects anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to help me improve the site.
- Security: Cloudflare Turnstile and site security tools may process your IP address and browser information to block spam and attacks.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. Analytics uses cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart may not work without them.
Sharing
I don’t sell your personal information. I share it only with the services needed to run the shop: the payment processor, shipping carriers (your name and address), my email and newsletter providers, and web hosting. I may disclose information when required by law.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years. Contact messages are kept while we’re in touch. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing contact@davidjamieson.net. I’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
